Dan Unter, Founder and CEO

Dan Unter has been working in kitchens for 30 years. From Michelin starred to burger joints, he has done it all. Dan’s first foray into restaurant ownership was Redwood, a healthy QSR in NYC. In his other life, Dan is an attorney with stints as general counsel of tech companies including Spruce, MessageLabs and SchoolNet.
